Data Security

Establish a comprehensive information security management structure and functions, implement strict data protection policies, and develop the Risk Assessment Management Guidelines to enhance data security management and strengthen the bottom line of information and data security.

Business Continuity

Develop a business continuity management framework and complete the annual ISO 22301 business continuity management audit.

In 2023, through self-assessment and self-audit aligned with the GB/T 42581 standard, 95% of our self-developed data centers achieved an excellent rating on business continuity.

Lifecycle Data Security

Develop privacy policies and data protection policies to ensure the legality, propriety, and necessity of information collection, use, storage, and sharing.

In 2023, the company did not experience any major cybersecurity incidents, protecting user privacy and asset security.

Data Collection

Our data collection adheres to the “minimanecessary" principle, ensuring it is lawful, legitimate, necessary, and transparent.

Data Storage

We use multi-layer encryption for data storage and establish backup storage and dsaster recovery mechanisms to ensure the information avallabity. In addition, we retan user personal infomation for the shortest period necessary, unless applicable laws and regulations reguire or allow for a longer retention period

Data Processing and Transmission

We conduct regular data security assessments and utilize multi-layer encryption during data transmission.

Data Use

We will not lease, sell, or provide personal data to third parties for purposes other than completing transactions or serices, lf it is necessary to use user personal infomation for other purposes not specified in this policy, or to collect user personal information for other specific purposes, we will infom users in areasonaDle manner and obtain their consent again.

Data Destruction

Once user personal infomation has exceeded the retention period or if the user reguests the deletion of their personal infomation, the company will delete or anonymize their personal information in accordance with appicable laws and regulations.

Annual information security audit is conducted. In 2023, we renewed ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications, and China's Level 3 Information Security Protection Certification.
